The owners put care into this place. The rooms were clean, nice water pressure, microwaves Keurigs and mini fridges, the smart TV allowed one to login into their personal apps, the pool/spa had clean healthy grass nearby for kids/animals to play, the garden-like setting had charcoal grills one could use to bbq, the parking felt safe, nice blackout curtains, hot breakfast and the desk agent price matched the best price I found online. If you are on a budget and looking for the best value then don’t hesitate to stay here. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

The Orchard Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The rooms have been tastefully remodeled with large smart TVs and incredible oversized artwork that gives the space a modern, upscale feel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location is fantastic. We were able to ride our bikes to dinner, drinks, and even the grocery store, all within about a square mile. It’s also right off Highway 101, so after a long day of traveling, you’re in your room just minutes after taking the exit. There was plenty of parking, which made everything even more convenient.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. We had a small issue with our TV, and within seconds someone was at our room to fix it. Not only was the problem resolved immediately, but the staff member was friendly and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. That level of service is hard to find.
As an added bonus, we discovered they offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise and a great way to start the day.
From the excellent location and updated rooms to the outstanding customer service, this hotel made our stay memorable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The management team went above and beyond for us during our stay. First, they seamlessly helped us move rooms when we had a neighbor with a very different sleep schedule than ours. Then, after we checked out, they helped locate a personal item that had fallen out of our car upon departure and kindly agreed to ship it back to us.
The customer service here is truly top-notch and we highly recommend this hotel!

I was very impressed with the value received. The room was spacious, nicely designed, and immaculate. It has nice lighting and modern fixtures. Excellent breakfast included. And conveniently located right off 101.

A Fantastic Value with Standout Service
My recent stay at the Orchard Hotel in Ukiah was a genuinely pleasant experience and an excellent value. The hotel itself is roomy, very clean, and in a great, convenient location—everything you want for a comfortable stop.
What truly stood out, however, was the service. While checking in, the young lady at the front desk was expertly handling a minor issue with another guest. Despite being focused on that task, she made a point to immediately acknowledge me with a warm smile and a greeting, assuring me she’d be right with me. Her ability to multi-task seamlessly while making every guest feel seen was impressive and set a wonderful tone for our stay.
The complementary breakfast was a welcome and substantial perk, especially considering the very reasonable price of the room. You simply don’t find that kind of value often anymore.
For a clean, spacious, well-located hotel with friendly service and a great free breakfast, the Orchard Hotel is a standout choice. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through the area. A solid 10 out of 10 —where you get much more than you pay for!
