Great hotel. I’d sleep on the back side next visit because of the road noise. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.

We stayed for a week- the room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials I needed.Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that pets were allowed, There’s an on-site, laundry room, and restaurants nearby. Plus, it’s AAA approved, which adds some peace of mind.
The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there was no designated , sticker free area for my dog to go to the bathroom which made it challenging to find a suitable spot . Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I look forward to returning.

I had a fantastic experience at this Hotel. I was greeted with warm hospitality and check-in was smooth. The manager was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile.
The room was clean and spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials I needed Iron, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness.
The location is peaceful and quiet — while still being conveniently close to shops and restaurants.
I would absolutely recommend Upper Lake Inn and Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming place to stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Clean rooms, comfy mattress, and courteous, welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. My family had a miscommunication about our rooms which the staff resolved immediately and with graceful professionalism. We will absolutely stay again when we visit family in the area. Thank you!

Front desk lady must of been new. Took almost an hour just to get me checked in with a pre paid room already. Finally an experienced lady came in and she got me situated immediately. If you dont have patience, DO NOT COME HERE!!
