Camped there twice in about a month. Reasonable rates and bathrooms and showers that are cleaned. Great fishing last time. Caught about 10 Catfish and 5 Blue Gill.
We had a lovely time here — the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The campground itself is very peaceful, with semi-shaded spots thanks to the surrounding trees. The weather leaned a bit warm but was still comfortable overall.
The lakefront campsites are the highlight — you’re right next to the water, and swimming is an option, though note that the water isn’t crystal clear if that’s something you care about. Wildlife wasn’t an issue, but do come prepared for a significant number of bugs. Bug spray is a must!
Bathrooms and showers were clean and offered hot water, which was a nice touch. Plus, there’s a gas station just 5 minutes away for any last-minute needs.
I’d absolutely return — just packing extra bug spray next time! 🙂
The only thing better the view, water, ambience and campgrounds would be Kim your hostess. She runs this place like a well oiled machine, very clean, very kind and extremely helpful. You have not been camping/glamping into you’ve been to the Oasis at Clearlake

It’s nice but this isn’t a great place to camp! There is not a lot of things around. Also I prefer lake view vs canal view!
