Incredible service. I’m a traveling musician and was on tour, started having van problems (t1n sprinter). Showed up before they opened and they fit me in, ordered the part (my turbo resonator was cracked) and I was back on my way to the gig in under 4 hours. Devin really knows his stuff and the staff is super friendly.

Went in for a pre-diagnosed timing chain issue on our truck. At first they said it would be around 3000, but then insisted that a plethora of other parts (water pump and couple other things) needed to be replaced and it would be double that or they wouldnt guarantee the work. So we agreed. It ran about a week over time to get back and then broke on the way home to covelo.
Towed it back and had to pay more money for parts that broke in that occurrence.
Got the old parts back after the last round of work and took them to a mechanic who swears that they where in perfectly working order so.. not sure who to believe but I think they ended up taking us to the cleaners a little bit.

First, a little about me. I am particular. I expect as close to perfection as possible. And, they don’t mind!
I’m newer to the area and have been looking for a good, fair, honest, and balanced auto shop that does more than just oil changes. Here it is!
These folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful.
Great job on my Chevy truck folks. It literally feels newer, almost like a different and better truck.
I’m very happy!
I’m very happy to recommend TC Automotive.
I have 2 more vehicles to bring in soon. I’ll let you know how it goes!
Thanks for the good work.

We had a problem with our rented car. TC Automotive helped us promptly, friendly and solved our problem in no time. Lariza, the women at the desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. Davone, the mechanic, was very kind, repaired the car professionally and was also very friendly. Hats off!

We were so happy with the work and customer service we received form TC Automotive! I was originally going to have my actuators fixed for my heater and ac unit. But on my way to work my window dropped down and wouldn’t come back up in 37° weather. Showed up unscheduled and they helped get my window up until the part came in to repair it. They found the root of my heater problem instead of just repairing the symptoms. And they communicated with me the whole time. Highly recommend!
