This was our first time here which is close to home. The place is small but comfortable. I ordered the peach and strawberry french toast which was really good. I also ordered a side of eggs and ham. The staff greeted us and we were seated quickly. The food arrived shortly and I forgot to take a picture of my dish . My wife ordered the corned beef and hash with an scrambled egg on top. She liked the dish and the portion was generous.

Was feeling nostalgic today and went here. Knew this place as Alley Cafe back in the day. Food was great and service was excellent got my coffee refilled without asking. The garlic fried rice reminded back to a time waking up to watch Saturday morning cartoons. It wasn’t the cartoons that got me out of bed it was the smell of breakfast cooking. Much simpler times…

This restaurant has the same atmosphere as the former restaurant, Alley Cafe! It brings back warm, emotional memories @ meals with my mother. Their waitress Maritza, was quite friendly and responsive! My order, chicken fried steak and eggs w/ hash browns was prepared properly and came out warm with a short wait. I enjoyed my leisurely meal and attentive service. $24 well spent.

We waited awhile for a table but were helped quickly after sitting down.
Coffee was hot and pretty strong!
OJ tasted pretty fresh.
Food was mostly good (perfect biscuits and gravy)
although I don’t recommend the “pig-and-waffles” dish; the pork belly was dry and overcooked to the point of tasting burned. The waffles themselves were decent, drowned in what seemed to be applesauce and topped with lil pieces of pineapple. Maybe this is a Filipino classic dish, I don’t know, but I wish we had just ordered the regular chicken-n-waffles here instead.
