Response to: Julie Wilkins, Stan only sells used washers and dryers, he tells you what he has fixed and gives a 60 day warranty on the machines, but you have to call him to address issues if they occur. He tells you not everything is new, he fixes any issues/problems he finds at the time he refurbishes them, he cleans them inside and out, but he is not a psychic, and he doesn’t transport or install the machines, if you laid it on its side or took it on a 4-wheel drive on its way home you could have caused the issue, but once again if you don’t contact him if something happens, its nobody’s fault but your own.

I purchased a washing machine here this last summer. It worked fine for the first few weeks, then it had white pieces of plastic like strips coming out the top of the wash tub at the edges when it went on the spin cycle. then the noise became louder and louder and squeaks. By the 6th week the spin cycle got weaker and weaker . Water was not spun out of tub enough and I had to reset to spin more water out.. By the end of the 2 month warranty time the machine was leaking water and now I can’t use it at all. I didn’t take it back. I am sorry I bought a machine here. I am looking for another machine and this was a waste of money.

Stan was able to come to my home to work on my dryer-the same day I called. How refreshing, on time, honest, and very affordable. Calling Stan was the best decision I made. Putting the dog bed in the dryer, not so much.

Showed up when he promised, super nice guy, had the problem with my oven pegged and replaced in under an hour with a little help from me, and has entirely reasonable rates. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
