Location is perfect, the rooms are mid and the front desk people are weird. I had a friend come over and hang out not even 20mins and he called my room asking how many people were in my room. That he needed to “write it down”????? Excuse me?? Lol I stay in hotels ALLLLL the time. I travel for a living, I never in my life had front desk ask me about my guest or what I was doing. Not to mention, I was sitting in my car texting on my phone in the parking lot and the same guy came to car and asked me if I have a room here….. he just checked me in not even 25mins before this happened. I don’t know.. if you ask me.. if you want to feel like you’re being watched for 100 and something bucks a night. By my guest but I definitely booked another room that day cause one of the staff made me feel really uncomfortable and unwanted.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even if it were free, it would still be too expensive. The windows and doors let in so much noise that you feel like you’re sleeping out on the street. The advertised breakfast was virtually non-existent, and all the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. The only thing that was acceptable was the cleanliness.
I’m still waiting for my caution.

I stayed at the Signature Inn over the weekend of 2/13. The hotel is in a convenient location right near downtown with plenty of restaurants nearby. However, the hotel itself was lackluster.

When I first checked in I was met by a man who was not friendly, like I was bothering him by needing help. Every day when I came back to my room, the only thing that was done in terms of cleaning were the bed sheets getting replaced. There were no new towels and the shower and sink were not cleaned. One day I had to request another towel and I was given two bathmats.

The room itself was also not good. The mini fridge did not work at all and the comforter on one of the beds had holes in it. There was also visible dirt and debris on the corners of the room and I didn’t feel comfortable walking around in the room barefoot.

If you’re looking to stay somewhere for a weekend trip like I was, I recommend looking elsewhere. Signature Inn was quite disappointing and there are plenty of other hotels in the area worthy of your patronage.
