I had a port-soaked watermelon dish with goat cheese that did not taste “good” per se but was the most fascinating combination of flavors I have ever eaten. Made me truly understand how food can be art, modern art even! I will think about the watermelon for a long time. I will try to recreate the watermelon but I will fail. Give this man a Michelin star 10/10
Couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience! It is run by a husband (chef) wife (hostess/waitress) duo who could not have been more welcoming. They only have 9 tables and make everything from scratch on a preordering system so nothing goes to waste. The sunset views were fantastic as was all the food and wine. Highlights included the lobster tail special, salmon, and chocolate mousse but everything was delicious. Highly highly recommend!
Sibo probably has the most beautiful dining room around here. Classic French cuisine, lovely conversation with the owners and epic view. We’ll be back for sure.
My husband and I were lucky enough to find this gem of a restaurant on a little getaway for Valentine’s Day. The ambiance, service, and food was absolutely out of this world. The entire evening is a memory that we will hold dear for years to come. From start to finish the experience was a 10/10. Thank you again so much, we will most definitely be back!
Everything about our dinner at Sibo was fantastic! The gardens, the view, the food, and especially love Melissa’s story of how it came to be. I LOVE the concept of ordering ahead so no food is wasted. Reservations required! Make yours today!
