I appreciate the tech systems of communications involved: Being texted and emailed accordingly. The technician arrived around the estimated provided time, was quite knowledgeable as well. Explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciate being upfront and clear about the $119 diagnostic charge for showing up. TO which my only recommendation is for the diagnostic report to be more fluent, and elaborative describing in a paragraph the diagnostic (since > $100). Other than that, I recommend the experience.

When I opened and closed my Dishwasher after it’s first cycle after being fixed, it makes a continuous clicking when trying to open or close. Will change to a higher rating when they fix this. (edit: Changed star rating. Rectified the issue, but still not in within the time frame given.)
