Sarmentine is one of my favorite bakeries. I started buying baked goods backing 2020 when the owner delivered orders door to door, with a much smaller menu. Now, aim able to walk into a physical space and enjoy delicious things like Croque Monsieur , biscotti, brioche and whatever else you’re able to snag before they sell out. I also want to note that their matcha is really well balanced and you have a few selections of syrups to add. I got vanilla and my husband added a pump of Chai and both ended up being delicious.

The pastries, bread, and coffee here are never not delicious. I usually prefer lattes but I can drink the dark roast black here; it’s not at all bitter. The canele are the best I’ve had. The lunch sets are a good meal; a bit pricey, but filling and you get to choose what drink, sandwich, and dessert you want. The workers behind the counter are usually quite busy but helpful, and there’s plenty of parking.

A bit crowded/cramped, service area is small and seating area is small but they also have outdoor seating area. The service was friendly but a bit rushed with a bit of a line. The bread was decent but the croissants, danishes, sweets, etc were delicious!

My favorite pastry shop. I look forward to the croissants and my husband loves their bread pudding. I order cakes routinely at the holidays and I was excited to see a Valentines pre order menu today. Their desserts are beautiful as well as delicious. I’ve also purchased their bread. Everything- I mean everything is so good. You can’t choose wrong.
