I ordered my biscotti and was very excited. No confirmation. Nothing. The money was taken out of my account. I waited a week and put a question on the site. Even though they said I would receive a note within 24 hours, I did not. I called and left a message. No return call. Several days later, I did another online question. No answer. I called again and said their customer service was poor. I received a call back and was told their my card had an issue so they refunded all of my money. That makes no sense. I received no call and no email. I was told they didn’t have my email even though my order was in response to their email. He said it wasn’t on the order only in the system. He said I put my phone number and that’s true, but it wasn’t on the never called. I won’t experience their biscotti because ordering was a joke. He could not tell me the problem with my card. Never again. Find another place to order from.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I ordered the seafood and veggies seasoning blend – wonderful flavor! I also ordered the GF biscotti and they are delicious. If you require GF, these are great! During the ordering process, I had an issue and Antonio fixed the problem pronto! Above and beyond. Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you for such great food and fantastic service!

True Delicious makes the most amazing biscotti you will ever taste. I like the traditional almond biscotti, and my kids love the chocolate chip ones. Look for these at your local market and try them for yourself. You will not be disappointed! I also love that they are made locally by a local Bay Area family.

We tried your Salted Pistachio Biscotti, which were buttery, flavorful, with a touch of salt that made them sparkle. A new favorite for us. We picked them up in St Helena at the Napa Olive Oil Company but no locations here in Sonoma for us to try cakes and pastries 🙁 Hope you find a retailer here soon. Would be perfect for a shop on the Square catering to the tourists and locals here in town. Keeping my fingers crossed.
