The Ngo sisters and their entire staff are wonderful! They are technically sound and super knowledgeable with an un-intimidating demeanor along with a “doctor – client teamwork” approach to seeing improvements in our overall oral heath. We are new to the area and could not be happier with our decision. Our children all had great experiences; my wife and I have both been so relieved. The family vibes are stellar!

The front desk/receptionist was rude and entirely unhelpful. I felt unwelcome and ended up leaving in tears before I even got to meet the dentist. I had high hopes for this practice because of all the good reviews so I waited about 2 months for my appointment but, ended up feeling like a second class patient as soon as I walked in. My appointment was at 9am and I got a call at 9:01 am demanding where I was, I was only a couple minutes away. My insurance situation was confusing me and the receptionist just stared at me like I was an idiot. She said I was marked as self-pay but I had waited years until I finally had insurance to even make a well-needed appointment, so that wasn’t true. Instead of apologizing for the mix-up she asked if I even wanted to continue with the appointment. I had waited months for this and took the morning off of work to be there, I have never felt this frustrated and belittled at a medical office in my life. I bet the dentists are wonderful however I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with their office. If you have any anxiety or difficulty around going to the dentist, I just want to warn you that this may not be the place for you as the attitude of the front desk is very off-putting.

Friendly and knowledgeable dentist. During my service the dentist was giving me a lot of advice and tips to help prevent cavities and alleviate my TMJ pain.
One thing that I absolutely appreciate is when I have an appointment and I am called in within 5 minutes of being there! I love a place that respects my time. Thank you Tina and Joanne for making my cleaning so smooth and easy!

I had a great experience at SR Dental Implant Center. Dr. Joanne Ngo was super friendly and welcoming. She is thoughtful with her treatment plan, explains things thoroughly, and has a gentle touch. Highly recommend this practice!
