Really nice restaurant on the water.
Food was good and service by our waitress was great . We sat in outside seating which was covered. We ate lunch. I recommend this restaurant for visiting people.

So happy to find this place! Fried oysters were so tasty and juicy, my halibut and risotto were amazing (large portions and cooked perfectly), my husband’s scallop special also very good. The only tiny issue was the bar was slow (it was New Year’s Day). Server was friendly and informative. Great service.

Great place to hang out on a sunny warm day outside, or inside if a little breezy. Views across the strait, sailing boats. trains, the occasional freighter.
Good spectrum of beers on tap to suit diverse tastes, and a skilled bartender upstairs.
I usually get Fish & Chips; my wife is more adventurous and always likes what she gets.
The establishment is named after author Jack London, whose book “Tales of the Fish Patrol” is set in this same general location.

Crab melt and clamp chowder were very tasty. The clam chowder needed to be heated up more but the crab melt was perfect.

We went there on a Sunday afternoon and we lucked out because it wasn’t busy as I expected. I also got a space in the parking lot. We got seated right away and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We had popcorn shrimp and calamari for appetizers. The shrimp were on point. We got yellowfin tuna sandwich, and 2 orders of fish and chips all were delicious and tasty. The view was nice even though the weather was overcast and windy. I’ve actually been here twice and the service and food are always great. My girlfriend’s dad liked it too so we will definitely come back.
