The room was filthy, trash in the trash can, hair in the toilet, filthy carpet not even vacuumed evidenced by a penny on the floor, holes in the walls, exhaust fan in bathroom caked with dirt. The bed was clean and no bugs.

We stayed here for a few weeks whilst relocating to Chico and had an excellent stay. Our room was clean, quiet and had good AC. There is a great pool right outside the rooms which is perfect for the hot summers in Chico.
During our stay we got to know the owners and they are fantastic people. They have great customer service and are really friendly to chat to.
It’s worth noting that they only took over very recently so the older reviews on here about any bad quality rooms arent the case anymore. They have completely transformed and it’s now a friendly, family-run hotel.

The service is great, gave us extra towels, opened the pool. At no costs, running everything with a small team.

I rent it near #36. Bad A/c. No blanket. Bathroom tissue hard. The bathroom sink bowl crack. Whole bowl crack. No shampoo n conditioner. The refrigerator not cold. No coat hanging
