Dealing with the new store layout was so frustrating and poorly done that I had to drop my stuff and leave. It was beyond annoying spending 3x as long shopping. I shouldn’t be spending over an hour in the store looking for a dress and bras. Couldn’t find the 8 1/2 sized shoes, jumps from 8 to 9. Giant sign that says swimwear but no swimwear that I could find. They have clothes up so high that when I’m flipping through clothes they just fall off the hanger. They have female clothes at a tall man’s height when I’m average height for a woman and found it not even worth looking at them. It took me 15 min to find my bra size because the signage is completely out of view and they have a row of bras damn near on the floor so you have to completely squat to even look at them. They just put anything anywhere and there’s absolutely no order in the store. It’s pure chaos.
I used to love going here but for months they’ve been stuffing the store to the gills so it’s so difficult to maneuver through the aisles that I just hate going in there now. It feels like walking through a hoarders house. You can barely fit one cart through—if there is someone else already down an aisle you want you need to wait behind them or just go around.
PLEASE if the Ross management reads this, widen the aisles again.
During cold days we are looking for stores, where we can buy warm clothes. Ross Dress for Less is the best place to be prepared for fall and winter seasons! Traveling among multiple well organized shelves and counters, I was able to find warm shose, sport costume, and jacket! The members of the store gave me consultation, where I can find clothes according to my wish. Also, they told me that the new fashion products will be arrived soon! Visiting Ross Dress for Less, I was able not only to buy warm clothes, but obtain warmth in my heart! It happened because of great service, kindness, and politeness of the store team! Thank you for your great job!!!
Nice place to shop and save money. I was looking at buying some Vans MTB Gortex boots. On the Vans website there $210 dollars. Got them at Ross for 25 bucks! If you look around you can find some killer deals. I’d recommend making sure your size fits. I have a couple of T-shirts that where a little big for a size large. As long as you try it on you’ll know and save some cash.
Highly recommend checking them out. Stock changes all the time so keep checking back.
Hope this helps someone.
Ross is still one of the greatest places to shop. Getting brand names for less is great and they always have something new. The prices are super low and you can get something for the entire family. They always have someone close to help and their checkout is fast.
