Randomly decided to stop here for a quick lunch on the way to Redwoods and it was delicious! Home made style, cooked to order burgers and fries. We got a classic burger and a whole order of French fries. Definitely recommend and the owner/cook was very friendly!

Roman’s Kitchen in Arcata was such a pleasant surprise! I ordered the Western Burger with a veggie patty and no bacon, with onion rings on the side, and everything was absolutely amazing. The burger had incredible flavor, the onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the ranch deserves its own special mention because it is seriously delicious.
What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service. When we arrived, one of the staff members was taking photos of the food for their website and generously gave us what had to be at least $50 worth of food for free. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture.
The food was fantastic, the staff was incredibly kind, and the whole experience left a great impression. I will definitely be back!

My Wife and I ate here from Romans again tonight , we had the Inferno burger and it was a treat ! Really a good burger ! We also had a BLT and it was delicious…..made perfectly. The order included some Garlic fries and they were a great add to our meal .Good Food ,Good Service ,Very Fair Prices ! Thanks again Romans you guys rock !

This food truck embodies the food truck experience great atmosphere and seating with coverage incase of light rain or to cast shade of course ample parking in case you want a classic car eating experience food is served by the order!!!! Huge that they do that everything is cooked by order meaning high quality food service the portions are fairly decent for the prices definitely worth the money their sandwiches are peak and are absolutely delicious an actual food experience to be had with cultural flavors as they serve SPECIALS!!! Definitely food inspiring culture and cuisine it may take up to 5-10 minutes to serve a single order but seeing as its cooked by order thats actually quite fast they also practice safe food handling huge for Humboldt county can count on these guys to feed you delicious and clean food at a FAIR!!! Honestly, its delicious. Best fries I’ve ever had. Best beer batter ever! It’s busy and you will wait, but your find is hot, fresh and amazing. Worth every minute.
