Clean place, nice spots, hookups all work, mellow neighbors. Definitely one of your better trailer parks

This park has tremendously changed since it has changed ownership and I actually ended up moving out after almost living there for two years. They’ve cut down most of the trees, so there’s not much shade there anymore. I just like to comment on their little comment of modernizing and creating safer space. They’ve literally lost endless countless tenants from that park as a result of them buying it and raising the price of rent by almost $300 per month. Plus, as a previous resident. One of the trees they “claim” was hazardous was deemed safe and the manager of park nation assured me it would Not be cut down. Lies… they not only cut the beautiful healthy tree down, they’re so greedy they added another pull through rv space with gravel.

I lived there for 6 years and it was one of the nicest parks around UNTIL PARK NATION BOUGHT IT and came in I would love to tell everyone all about them and if you would like to know message me but what I want to say is they came in to a great little community or senior citizens who lived in a great little park we all got along we had no crime I never in six years ever locked my home even when gone didn’t have to it was peaceful with squirrels humming birds and peace and quiet they came in and cut down everyone’s trees raised our rents literally doubled mine from 400 to 800 overnight they even went as far as to take down the clothes lines that had been there tucked out of the way so we would be forced to use their 2 overpriced dryers and I see they answered others reviews saying there had not already been any rent increases that’s a lie we had and we’re continuing to get rent increases lawfully every year and they say the park needed these changes I would bet not one of the residents that are even still there would agree with that no they came in bullying everyone treating eviction on people with no where else to go and most important is they destroyed just about all equity that park residents had in their mobile homes by raising their space rent so high that they can’t sell their homes for even what they bought them for who wants to buy a mobile for 50 or 60 thousand and then have a space rent or 1000 a month and will be going up every chance they have to raise it this is nothing but a case of greedy people coming in telling residents that they don’t know what their talking about and forcing a bunch of bs down their throats. If I interested see Chanel 7r news for story or ask at city council as they tried to help also but park nation knew the loopholes about half the park has moved or become homeless and they olny care about $$$$$&$$$$$$$$$

It used to be a beautiful place and I enjoyed living here since 2008 but new owners from Texas are destroying it. Clear cut most trees and raising rents by $350 in 1 month. Paving the grass under for tiny homes. I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy. Looks horrible

We have only been at The Bend Mobile Home and RV Park for a short time but the Manager is Very Professional and extremely helpful. Her name is Samantha and is very pleasant. The park is very clean well maintained. All the residents are very friendly and courtesy I feel like this is a very safe place, close to the River and small park a block away.
