I have a Macbook Pro and have often found myself in need of tech support. Since the closest Apple store is over an hour away, it has been a lifesaver to have this business — RespecTech — right in our community. Each time I have hauled my laptop into the store for some problem I have encountered, they are helpful, straightforward and quick to explain to me what has gone wrong and what can be done about it. Great service at a great price! My hard drive was failing. John replaced the drive and transferred all my files & data to the new drive, much of which had to be done by hand as my old drive was badly corrupted. John then worked with me to recreate all desired settings and to ensure my printer worked as well. All for less than the original estimate. VERY satisfied! I highly recommend Respectech.
