one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with a shop. Had an issue pop unexpectedly yesterday morning.. they got me in and driving again same day with no hiccups or confusion or pressure to pay for all the rxtra unnecesary stuff most shops around here do. . The guy at the front desk was very professional and was great at explaining everything during the process. I went in expecting a headache during the process, but I left with such a great experience that they earned a customer. Detail oriented, reliable auto shop with excellent customer service and repair work. I’ve brought in all three of my family’s vehicles for various repairs from small jobs to large and Pro Pacific has consistently done excellent work and gotten our cars back on the road in a timely fashion. Repair took longer just because my old car had a plastic part that is easily worn out, so sourcing a new one was harder than we all expected! I got some discounts for the wait time and really appreciated that!
