My car went here for a peeling paint issue, paid by Toyota. Before they got my car I asked Raymond, after confirming the mode, color, and VIN that they call me to discuss any potential improvements that would not be paid for by Toyota. I left them alone hoping for responsible behavior. After two weeks I was told that the car was ready. I spoke with Raymond and asked for an update in their findings. He told me that the peeling paint on the lift gate was not addressed. I asked him why he didn’t communicate that to me during their work as I had asked. He said that Toyota agents typically share that information and that attempting to do this work could lead to a “blow up” presumably meaning that complications could arise. I asked him to communicate with me, not Toyota. In addition to the lift gate issues the fuel door has a chip that was not addressed. Raymond charged Toyota well over $5k. There is a small dent and light hail damage but I was never given the opportunity to have any of them addressed; my request was totally ignored. I expressed my dismay to Raymond but he did nothing to address the problems. Raymond had ample opportunity to address this problem; I had conversations with both Raymond and staff at Thurston Toyota; it’s been well over a month of trying to get this corrected and they have made their position clear. Low effort, low quality work, zero effort communication.

They were great!! My truck door was bent all the way back the wrong way (like on Tommy Boy) and they took care of the whole process from finding the exact match of the door to making it back to perfect! They even switched out the speaker in the door, and took the old decals off the old door to make it match correctly! We were quoted the price, and of course they explained there could be more issues when fixing….. but they informed us that there were no other problems when they replaced the door, very honest work, we paid just under the original quote!! I recommend these guys 100 times over.

Go see Raymond, you made sure to take care of us and get the Subaru done correctly. Absolutely in love will not go anywhere else I think it is the best around.
