Cashier was super friendly and polite. I got clam chowder and my sister got a fish and shrimp taco. One bite in and the shrimp had no seasoning, they were cold. Food was not good at all, would not come back.

Food is cooked fresh to order. Ordered two super family meals, hushpuppies, pints of clam chowder, and dinner salad for our group of 12. Food kept coming out. For sure we couldn’t eat it, but we did. Everything was delicious. Could not recommend this establishment enough for fresh (not fishy) seafood, quick. Don’t stop, run!

The wife and I are so disappointed. We’ve been getting fish and chips from you since you first opened. Loved it. Today? I’m sorry to say, not so much. I decided to order something other than the fish for the first time. Got the clam strips basket. Judging from the picture, would you pay $16 for that? Not to mention the wife’s fish was battered to death. She’s British and considered Portside the best in the area hands down. Not ready to write you off yet. Hopefully today was just a fluke. We sure hope so.
