Took a dog for vaccinations. Stupid multi-tiered and check in process. No paperwork rabies certificate etc provided at point of service. Was told it would be sent via email but the one needs to go through another whole level of joining and signing in to access records so customer becomes a marketable commodity. Horrible horrible experience. The sign in to get records can not be done with one’s smartphone? And you have to have a smartphone on you to even get service. Will never ever use this vet service again!
Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant they were able to get our dog his shots without any problems. It just seemed that waiting an hour and a half was a little long because we checked in about quarter till 12:00.
My wife and I brought our two cats in for vaccinations and we could not have been happier. These people were very caring and patient with our pets. Both of our cats responded very well to them. I also watched them with the dog before us and I was truly impressed. This is not just a job for them. They truly care. Thank You…
The staff at VetPet in Ukiah, inside the Tractor Supply store, is very friendly, knowledgeable and put your pet and you at ease.
Tucker, went in for his anal gland expression and Dr. Peterson, came out and explained that Tucker’s was very full and that she’d like to see him again in 2 months so she can determine how often he’ll need to have it done.
I also like that you don’t have to make an appointment for their services. You can look on line to see what days and hours they are open.
DR. Stephanie Peterson is very kind and patient. A wealth of knowledge and great customer service skills. Her office manager is super bubbly and professional a joy to communicate with and very friendly with my furbaby ! Recommend the PetVet clinic at Tractor Supply in Ukiah 100%!
