I planned a corporate event for one of my clients and searched for various rock climb companies. Party Jump was professional, engaging and extremely responsive from the beginning. When onsite, their team was exceptional interacting with our attendees and delivering great service. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this jump house company! We needed a rental on very short notice, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process stress-free.
The setup and takedown crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our event. Their willingness to accommodate our needs and ensure everything ran smoothly was truly appreciated.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service, great communication, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I WOULDN’T USE ANY OTHER COMPANY! The bouncy house and basketball hoop were both non stop fun for our little ones. It kept them happy and busy all day long and well into the night. Michelle and the office staff go out of their way to help and guide what product is most appropriate for space and the children’s ages. The delivery and setup were seamless, the staff were extra efficient and very personable!!! Will be using Party/Jump every time!

Just wanted to say wow, thank you to this team, Michelle and Carmen for working with us on such short notice to pull off a family movie night at our coffee shop.
They were very responsive and informative on what we needed to ensure everything ran smoothly. They had options we could choose from to best fit our space.
Thank you to the two techs who showed up an hour early and took care of everything from set up to tear down, it relieved a lot of stress from our end!
Highly recommended to anyone wanting to book with Party Jump for movie nights.
