First off – I’ve never written a negative review on Google before.

However, I had an awful experience working with this company and want other parents to know. To be honest, I’m not sure if it’s a real company or not?

I booked a bounce house reservation for my daughters 2nd birthday party. We had 30 people coming to the party, with about 10 toddlers. We told everyone about the luxury bounce house we were getting and the kids (and parents!) were so excited.

I booked the Toddler bounce house about a month prior to the date I needed it. I received a confirmation email. The date on their website’s calendar was shaded afterwards to show I had booked it…. But then, nothing? I was nervous, so I called the company (via the number on their site & Google) probably about 20 times from when I booked the bounce house to the morning of the party.

Of those ~20 times, a man who worked there answered one time a few weeks before the party. He confirmed that yes, we did have the Toddler bounce house confirmed on the day I needed it. He confirmed my address. We confirmed the time we needed it set up. He said he would send more info the week of the party.

They never sent more info. The day before I called several times. I left several messages. The morning of the party I was a complete mess – calling several more times, but no answer. The set up time came and went, no one came. And not one call.

We had the party. There was not a bounce house. I was so upset, it overshadowed my daughter’s 2nd birthday party with all our friends and family.

I chose to trust this company because it was small and family run – despite my gut feeling something was off. Looking back, I wish I would have just booked elsewhere with a more legitimate company.

I would not recommend this company for party rentals.
