My son just moved into this RV park and he’s very happy there! The only thing I would suggest is planting more trees for shade

This place is perfect for someone looking for long term spot in the city on the bus routes. It’s a great location, especially if you want to be right in town and close to absolutely everything! The manager is fantastic and the neighborhood is great! They have a laundry and mailbox area but no bathrooms. Dogs are welcome which is important to me and a lot of people.

Eddie the manager was absolutely FANTASTIC! We had several mishaps & couldn’t get there when we planned but Eddie was very gracious. The park is clean & quiet. The laundry facilities are open but the showers/ bathrooms are under remodel. All hookups worked great! No internet but that was ok too. We would stay there again.

I stayed here for a 3 month duration while i was at lineman college. Eddie was a good manager he was always working keeping park clean and improving things. Had a clogged sewer line and he had someone out asap to fix. Park is quiet and located close to shopping. Overall good experience would recommend .
