There has been cats and dogs pooping in our driveway since we moved in june 2023. Also the cats climbing onto our vehicles tracking filth aross the windshields and paint. We would like this issue addressed as this is a health concern in addition we feel it is not our responsibility to clean up after other peoples pets.
We have ignored it in the past but this morning we actually saw it happening in were able to take a photo.
Management likes to selectively enforce “Park Rules” and threaten eviction but refuses to take action when we ask for basic courtesies. Good luck getting them on the phone and don’t even bother reaching out via email.

I live here. Space 15. The lady across from me feeds feral cats and they piss and poop all over my car and the yard that I live in. This is a violation of the Chico Mobile Home park rules, but they refuse to enforce it. The disgusting smell of cat piss blows through my car vents when I get into it in the morning. The cats poop on my car and my truck. It’s absolutely disgusting. I have spoken with the park management and they have said that they are working on the situation. I have been relocated to another spot, which was a bit of work.

Smaller sized “family park or all ages park” with a central chico location. Park is being revamped, space rent is afforable and current management is fantastic (Ricci) – very helpful and responsive.
