Okay place to order parts etc, staff seem to be decently knowledgeable, but so is Google lol. Definitely try to order parts online, as the same parts will be three times the price in store.

Always VERY helpful and prices are very reasonable. If you buy something like wiper blades, they have no issue helping you install them on your vehicle. They will also test your battery and electrical system free of charge.

I gave a five star because of one employee. But the manager on duty that night was worth only one star. If even that. We ordered a part and drove from Lucerne to get it. And he couldn’t find where he put it. But the worst part was he was on the phone with someone (on speaker) making plans for that weekend. Instead of focusing on the part we came to get. It was at least 20 minutes before he focused on us.

They were so slow, wait time was long. People were standing in the line for a while, and they were answering the phone instead of assisting people in front of them.
Update: they were nice once I checked out and said sorry for the wait.

I went to O-Reilly for my car battery test in December 2022. It was rainy a little bit and my car was parked outside. The staff was super friendly and helpful. He went over in details, ran all tests and gave me very good suggestions and recommendations. Their excellent service has made me their loyal returned customer. I’ve been coming back to buy some stuff in the store.
