nice place but I was deceived by two men working in a shop, they said that 45$ is the price for one night, I gave them three bills: 2-20$, 1-10$, that is, the remaining 5$, when I was waiting for the change they started to assure me that I gave not 10$ but 5$, although I am 100% sure that I gave exactly a 10$ bill. I could not do anything because I am a girl and there were two adult big men. Maybe 5$ is a small amount, but this attitude towards customers is unacceptable

The good,
The store is great. Camp sites are open and have lots of group camping. Porta potty s are clean. This place is next to the ocean. Clean camp grounds. Variety of camp sites. Close to ocean or wooded spots. Nice staff.
The bad. Camp sites have no privacy. Only Porta potty s. Hella windy. No reservation system (gets packed). Large speed bumps.
Could use better way finding.
Not recommended for popups questionable for tents. (Windy 30mph+ gusts).

It is not just a store, they have beautiful ocean front campground. I love HWY 1, power of ocean and magnificent views. Very nice people, coming back each year, give them a call before you go, campgrounds fill out fast!

Owners boys are very rude and kicked our family out after we paid and set up our camp. They came to us and started to become aggressive off the bat. Said the camp was full and that we had to leave.
This place needs better management.
Much better camp sites in the area to go to.

Awsome. We are making this a place a annual family vacation! The camp grounds were clean and grounds keeper made sure everyone followed the rules. The views were breath taking. Our kids were able to touch starfish and see other wild life. The fellow campers were very friendly – looking forward to seeing them again.
