We got the mezze combination which was delicious and a flavor adventure, and the sucuklu pide which was perfectly soft with a bit of a crispy exterior and a cheese filling that hit the spot. We also had katmer for dessert which was so flaky and delicious! Would definitely come back!
You don’t get a lot of food for your money. There isn’t a lot of meat when you order the kebab. Nothing tasted great but it was okay. The food was more oily than I would like. The chairs are made of hard metal and not the most comfortable. The positive is that everyone who works there including the owners are very nice people.
When it comes down to Mediterranean food, I would fall into Mazra. However, Mazra now has a worthy rival! What’s unique about a smaller restaurant like Nomadic Kitchen is that you feel the place more intimated. I like how the owner/manager and server take a great care of us. When we are about to order 4 choices of mezze, the owner/manager said he will take care of the choices for us and give us samples of everything else as well. The result: the beautiful palette of colors and flavors! I was a bit surprised that we got bread rather than pita. Still, it was amazing! We got the grilled lamb, which is quite nice, no hard-to-chew pieces at all. On top of that, the rice and bulgar (I guess) are so delicious with different fragrance and texture. The dishes are well thought out and so healthy as well. This place becomes one of the most amazing Mediterranean restaurants with reasonable prices. I definitely will come back and eat there again.

Food was tasty and presented nicely. First time trying pide, which was very good. Lamb skewers were tasty.
