Nobby’s is a really nice place with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to look after us.

The food was very enjoyable, well prepared, and definitely worth the visit. Even though there was a bit of a wait for a table, the overall experience more than made up for it. It’s the kind of place that feels easygoing and pleasant, with good food, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. I’d happily come back and would recommend it to others.

You could tell nobby’sin Chico has been around for a long time by the people cooking the food. The chef looked like you wanted to put a cigarette out in my Philly cheesesteak but that’s okay. That’s just a part of The vibes of this restaurant. I really respect this place for what it is being. Not the most cheapest place but definitely being a high-end Burger place where you could take your family after a long day in upper Park swimming. My Philly cheesesteak was something to rave about the first nibble I took I audibly moaned which kind of weirded out my girlfriend. But that’s okay. She asked. “Nick, why are you moaning at a Philly cheesesteak” and then I took another bite and moaned. I highly recommend coming to this place. I will be coming back here. Many a time should eat their Philly cheesesteaks and to weird out my girlfriend. Thank you so much nobbys for always being there for me.

The burgers were phenomenal—perfectly cooked, high-quality ingredients, and absolutely delicious. The famous cheese skirt is a must-try; it takes their burgers to a whole new level of flavor and texture. Every bite had that perfect balance of crispy cheese, juicy meat, and fresh toppings. The chicken sandwich was also outstanding, tender and flavorful with just the right crunch.

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and it’s clear why Nobby’s consistently wins “Best Burger in Chico” year after year. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is one spot you can’t miss.
