If I could give this company a 0 star rating I WOULD. Do not hire this company to fix your appliances. They ARE VERY RUDE to begin with. The mechanic that came to my house was very rude to my mom and to me. And he didn’t even fix the washer we wanted to be fixed. He barely looked at it for 10 seconds. We called and complained to their company and they basically ignored and put us on hold so many times. I repeat. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Need Appliance Repair came out to fix my dishwasher today. Not only were they able to come out super fast, they sent the nicest technician Vitali. He was professional, polite and took his time diagnosing my dishwasher. All fixed!!! Jerry, the owner, was also very pleasant and accommodating with the time slot. Highly recommend!!

Don’t even waste your time. Had someone come out to do a fridge repair, clean the intake and not even look at anything else. Called back when the fridge still wasn’t cooling, guy gave me attitude when I mentioned the tech didn’t do much troubleshooting. They sent another guy who looked for 2 minutes, told us it was a bad compressor and that he couldn’t work on it cause it was under warranty. I asked how he knew and what the part number was and he was incredibly rude and impatient with me. In and out of our house in 3 minutes flat, terrible attitude and we got nothing out of this except we’re out $90. They don’t deserve your business.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Need Appliance Repair when my dishwasher suddenly stopped draining. The technician, Vlad, arrived right on time, was friendly, and within minutes Vlad identified a clogged drain hose and faulty water valve. The repair was done in under an hour, and my dishwasher now runs better then ever! The pricing was fair and technician had all parts. Need Appliance Repair has earned my loyalty, and I recommend them to everyone. 10/10 service!
