NAVI helped me with a dishwasher repair and I was genuinely pleased with how smoothly everything went. To the good: My dryer is fixed. To the bad: It took several weeks and the process was terrible. For starters, I made my initial appointment using the system on their website and then (only because I called the next day to follow up) I learned that the appointment didn’t really exist. After that it was just a series of steps where I had to constantly call them to follow up and there was zero proactive communication on their part. It’s been extremely frustrating.

The AI assistant scheduled the repair for Thursday. A short time later the real person called and changed the appointment to Friday. The technician showed up on Thursday. Lucky I was home. Technician Patrick was great. Just need to coordinate real people with AI.
