I’ve stayed here off and for quiet some time and I can say that the staff is always friendly and kind. Katrina is always easy to talk to and greets me every time I walk into the door to check in Shes professional, kind, and always tries to accommodate any small request that I have and I really appreciate that. Rooms are clean and I haven’t had any issues. Also a big thanks to all the staff and maintenance. Tanya,Leo, sal, Robert, Nick and Latta. Sorry if I miss some.bames but the hotel staff is great overall.

Piece of crap. Wow, tv, water, A mess! The little woman at the front desk was AWFUL. Disgusting! I’ve never encountered such a thing! We worked for Motel 6 in Florida. This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. Attitude big time when we have paid and said legit concerns. Very poor. Don’t stay at a place that is putting you into a “down room” they don’t care and she is a big time problem! I will report her to corporate. She is very aggressive and strange.. unprofessional!!

When we arrived we could see people smoking in 3 different locations. By the time we got our stuff in the door the whole room smelled like weed. Everything seemed reasonably clean though the bathtub was quiet beat up. The floor seemed clean but I didn’t want my 3 yr old going barefoot or my baby crawling on the floor. There were holes in the ceiling. That being said, front desk was very sweet and helpful on check in. When we decided to leave and not stay overnight, they were also very helpful and sympathetic, offered to give us a different room, but couldn’t at the time guarantee a refund if we left (which we stayed elsewhere). She left a message for her manager and I got a call the next morning saying that we’d be refunded the entire amount.
