I bought a tiny house with a tankless water heater in 2021. Within a year, I was on the phone with a technician In Illinois (that was listed on paperwork). I didn’t know of anyone locally, so I spent almost 4 years calling Illinois and him talking me through issues. I finally found out about MCS from a neighbor that also has a tankless unit in her guest house. She highly recommended them. I called and spoke to Kim, she was very nice. Her and her husband own MCS. Her husband Terry came out and diagnosed my issue. Then Elias came and he also was suspicious of my regulator. Now I have a new pressure switch and regulator and it has never worked better. I am very happy with communication, care and the knowledge by everyone. I highly recommend them!
