I like this place. I know several people that stay there on more of a long term basis and they all seem happy enough living there as well. The rooms are more like small studio apartments inside and some/most seem to have been renovated recently as well. They do allow pets which is a definite plus for any animal lover. The only real negative remark I have is that the buildings themselves could use a face lift on the outside and although its not a dire thing u think it would go a long way towards helping out with the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

I have not stayed here and I won’t because I believe the other reviews, which I don’t always do.
I am going to see for myself though then amend what is my thinking for what is the problem….could it be a series of bad customers, in Eureka ?
It sure could.
It could be complaints are warranted, also…..
I will get this done before my next Eureka stay or on it ….10/4/2020

I find it quite comfy and nice people. Could use a touch-up on looks, but warm and, comfy. Haven’t seen any bugs, quiet and homey.

Someone was recently murdered at this place. I’d rather sleep in my car or at the local homeless shelter before I’d stay here. A known drug location.
