I am very happy with the communication and the quality of work. They do a fantastic job. I have had 3 of my vehicles fixed there and very happy every time. The last time I was there they buffed my scratches out and didn’t even charge me. They are amazing and I am very picky. I want good work when I pay a lot of money for a repair and they do not disappoint. Will highly recommend them. I live in Fort Bragg and it’s worth the drive.

My beautiful 2023 TRd Tacoma was smashed (HARD) in the rear- by an uninsured, unregistered and intoxicated, car thief.
Needless to say, I was to say- super bummed.
I brought vehicle for repair bids to a couple spots in the bay. Very rushed estimate. Seems obscenely low with the bid and lots of details missing.
The estimates came back without half the repairs on it that we walked through. They also said – they cannot guarantee Toyota replacement parts or as new as my model! Even though I have full coverage insurance.

They cleaned it up and found so many detailed issues with cameras and computer recalibration that needed to be reset. They found damage with tailpipe – I hadn’t even seen.
