This post is a little overdue, but here we go. I wanted to write a little about the stellar service I received at this Hyundai service center from Diego and the technicians that worked on my vehicle. I have a 2012 Sonata that, back in March, died unexpectedly on my way home from work. I thought the car was done for but after calling the service center and speaking to Diego, I found out it was potentially eligible under warranty for an engine replacement. (For ya’ll mechanics out there, it was a piston rod knock, camshaft error and several other related things). The technicians completed a review and confirmed it was indeed the issue that was covered under warranty, and yes, the cars engine was replaced, brand new! I don’t know the mechanics name but Diego said he worked overtime to get my car to me ASAP since I work out of the area and there were no loner cars available. Thank you so much!

The reason why I’m leaving a review is for someone to learn from my horrible experience and maybe think twice about coming. I needed an engine replacement because my Hyundai sonata engine seized. It took 1 month in line to be diagnosed and they told me there was 50 engines that needed repair before mine. It would take 6 months or longer. I did not want to wait and Jennifer told me to pick my car up. I had it towed to my house and the engine was taken apart and all the screws were in a pile under the hood.

First of all the service, both customer and auto, is excellent. The service advisors really care about the customer and value their vehicle as well. They strive to take care of the customer and all of the employees work in unison in this regard.
