I have been living in the Laytonville RV park since January 2021, and have had a wonderful experience so far. I can tell that the owners are putting a lot of work, time, and intention into improving the property and building community! Rebekah and Nick are kind and considerate landlords and humans, and are doing great work at this place. The RV park is in a beautiful area to explore nature, it’s super close to amenities, and is family and dog friendly. I really enjoy living here!

I have nothing but good things to say about the owners and community here in this park. It’s a blessing to have good neighbors surrounding you! Unfortunately like anywhere you go there’s always a couple people that don’t get along with others and try to spin things. I enjoy living here and can’t thank the people who run it that let me move here. Thank you guys I appreciate this mini community very much.

So let’s address some of these accusations:
Hauling water : what this has to do with anything, I don’t know.
Druggies: have all been kicked out. Simple.
Laundry facility: was locked because the machines were broken into multiple times with money stolen and machines torn apart from thieves.
Bathrooms: locked because random people and vagrants were sleeping in there, leaving water running etc. also, tweakers were found to be using the power to weld in the middle of the night.
Landlords: will address any issues tenants have when notified in my experience.
Trash cans: full because random people were driving through in the middle of the night (caught) on camera. This is why the second gate is closed.
Rates: we live in Mendocino county. Don’t like the cost of living, move. Cheapest rent I’ve ever seen in this county.
This place is actually a pleasant place to live, all of my neighbors are all pretty courteous. Don’t believe the hype. See for yourself.

The park has greatly improved all of the tenants are quiet and respectful.there have been no complaints about septic leaks , and the laundry and bathrooms are closed because of vandalism. The washer belongs to one of the owners that live there and he lets his mother use it. The bad reviews are mostly from former tenents that were evicted.
