Don’t buy the warranty… They will not uphold it. They can fix your car but they get cheap and sneaky when it comes to warranties yet they try to push it on you be careful and don’t waste your money on it.

Well known as the worst Les Schwab location in California. Manager Paul Harris is a shady crook. The staff is so extremely incompetent. I took in a fairly new perfectly working vehicle to get an oil change right before Christmas and they messed it up so bad I had to have it towed to the dealership out of my own pocket to get it fixed. They damaged my transmission, And contaminated things in the vehicle, they should’ve been nowhere near.

Thanks to them I miss being able to drive out of town to visit family for Christmas.

They not only almost totaled my car due to Laughable Incompetence.. they ” Accidentally ” Filed my paperwork under a different license plate number. Luckily, I went to the Les Schwab in Ukiah, who are known for fixing the Willits incompetent employees mistakes. They are well aware of the shady practices of Paul Harris and the reputation of Willits not being able to perform tire rotations and oil changes.

Now I have to go through corporate to get refunded and to get reimbursed for all the damages and time lost.

Please be smart and drive a little farther to ukiah. Save your vehicle! Talk to local mechanics. They all know!

I stopped here because I got a sidewall puncture on an old tire on my old truck. I was trying to drive all the way to Tri-Cities Washington and Les Schwab pulled a rabbit out of the hat and helped me by changing over some spare tires on to the rims that fit my truck. They had me on the road again quickly. Their staff was very accommodating and got the job done correctly. This old truck has some quirks and the staff there were well prepared to deal with it. Thank you all so much, you allowed me to get home in time for Christmas.
