Thank you Chris and Casey for the outstanding service and quick turnaround despite our truck’s complex diagnostics challenge. We appreciate the use of a clean loaner car, the kind, and welcoming customer service you both provided. We could not be more pleased. Our truck feels and sounds like “new.” Thank you for restoring our faith in the field of mechanical expertise. Larsen’s Auto Care is top notch. You guys are the best.

Casey was very informative about the repair process and potential costs. Upon pickup’ he went over what they did, what they found and information about when to bring it back and described potential issues that would need further attention. I will recommend Larsen’s to others. Thank you!

5 Stars — Exceptional service, total transparency, and genuine respect.
Finding an auto shop you can truly trust isn’t easy, but Larsen’s Auto in Santa Rosa is absolute top-notch. As a woman, I’ve dealt with far too much patriarchal sales energy and dismissive treatment at other places over the years—so finding a shop operating with this level of integrity and transparency is a breath of fresh air.
From day one, I’ve been treated with absolute respect. When I ask questions, I get real, honest, and easy-to-understand answers without any pushy sales tactics or unnecessary upsells. Big shout out to Casey, he is fantastic to work with, and the technicians do serious high-quality work.
I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and honesty. If you want high-quality auto repair from a team that treats people right, I can’t recommend Larsen’s Auto enough!
