Have no issues with this Inn. Clean, quite, works well with customers that have small payment troubles. Minor troubles. Plenty of ice in cooler. Too bad it’s in Lucerne. Two steps above Clear Lake. Not as bad as Nice though. I love the small cottages they have. On non busy nights, it’s fun to walk outside dressed up.

The soda machine took my $1.50 but did not dispense a drink or return my change. When I asked for assistance, the manager tested the machine and it returned his change at that time. However, he dismissed my concern and accused me of lying rather than considering that the machine may have been malfunctioning. He was also rude and aggressive during the interaction and declined to review the security cameras. Overall, I found the handling of the situation to be unprofessional for such a minor issue.

Really really bad place. We were 2 people and one medical service dog. After I have said how many we were and about the service dog, they in the first time didn’t accepted the de documents that I have( doctor trainer etc) plus they asked me why. Then after I showed any kind of document and the dog too they give to us one bedroom with one single bed at the same price of a double room. Worst service ever. We left directly.

The people who work there were very nice.. the motel was very old! The room was clean pretty much the blanket had a cigarette burn it.. this was supposed to be non smoking.. the shower floor was even with the bathroom floor.. no border to keep the water in the shower.. the bathroom sink tilted forward slightly.. you couldn’t set anything on it.. the lock on the bathroom didn’t line up so you couldn’t lock the door much less close it.. wall was patched above the TV! No phone only one night stand coffee maker had a packet that was a combo filter and coffee.. the felt like something out of a 50’s movie.. lol this is not a 130.00 or anything close to that room! No we would not stay there again.. sorry…..
