walked in and the front desk lady looked like she just woke up from a nap . but honestly that was fine cause everything else was way better than i expected … rooms were actually clean and the bed was super comfy did not think it would be that good for the price … the lake view from the window was beautiful i just sat there for a while watching the water and thinking about nothing … location made it real easy to get to the boat launch and the little store down the road … looking back i dont even remember the grumpy check in cause the whole stay was chill

This is a Fabulous Hotel …what makes that so is the Employees/Guest Services…the hotel is very clean with everything needed to have a pleasant stay…the people in the office are some of the best… considering this day and age..they went well beyond to help me plus work with me on my stay or else I would have been homeless..I’d just got out of months of hospital care and rehab for my leg injury when all my social security payments stoped for unknown reasons..therefore it detained my expected wait to get into my new housing…I had no where to go scared to death and only a couple nites stay money on hand and of course it would be a weekend..can’t get ahold of government on weekends..so when I showed up on Thursday I explained what had happened to the hotel desk clerk and showed him proof that I got government payments and that I had money I just couldn’t get to it..so they helped and trusted me threw the weekend and my crisis with out batting and eye…more a smile, a look of total caring and he only took one nites payment saying you can get with us when you check out but I’m only taking tonight’s payment because I don’t want you to go without eating also…how nice he was…try to find that now days…so this place desires one hundred stars in my book

Very clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The front desk staff was very friendly. This area also felt safe- Walking distance to restaurant and bar. Close to gas station and great in room amenities: work desk, mini fridge and freezer, microwave, full size closet and vanity area separate from bathroom to get ready in. Would definitely stay again if passing by. – Mica W

Overall a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful while the accommodations are pleasant.
Sound transfer through adjacent walls does allow for a bit of intrusive annoyance if the other guests are loud.
Id honestly say however thats its my best hotel experience in Lake County.
