The food here was OUTSTANDING! We had the ceviche tostada, sea bass and tilapia tacos, and the shrimp burrito.

The ceviche tostada tasted great! The tomato flavor was a bit overpowering but overall was a great combination of flavors.

The grilled shrimp taco was by far my girlfriend and I’s favorite dish. The inclusion of grilled bell peppers on the taco added a ton to the flavor profile. The shrimp had great charred flavor as well.

The fish tacos were also a great addition to our meal. The star of the show was the salsa that they brought out with the chips to start the meal. It was on all of the plates and was extremely fresh. 10/10 will come back here again. I’d drive through peak rush hour traffic to eat again

Some family friends introduced us to La Cueva and this has become one of our family’s favorite restaurants. Our girls love the Cheese Quesadilla, Bean and Cheese Burrito and the Kids Nachos (nachos covered with refried beans and cheese). My wife and I have had the Shrimp Burrito, Cheese Enchilada, Chicken Enchilada, and the Carnitas platter. All have been really good with great flavor. Regarding the Carnitas, they cook it perfectly so that there is a slight crispness on the outside yet moist on the inside. The star of the show is their green sauce. It has got the perfect balance of heat and flavor. It goes well with all the dishes we have ordered and I found myself putting on other things that I cook at home. You also get a bag of tortilla chips with your order.

This is a family owned business and their customer service is fantastic. Our food is always ready when they say. One thing to be aware of is that they get busy on Fridays so it might be hard to get through on the phone. But keep trying, it’s well worth it. Once you try their food you will be hooked. I highly recommend them!!!
