When the solar power to my RV was no longer working I upgraded my batteries and they were installed incorrectly. Within moments, Keith was able to correctly diagnose and fix the issue. He discovered that when the batteries were being installed the fuse was blown for my inverter. He showed me how to replace it once I can get a new one and even recommended how I can report the last place to touch the RV who ended up causing these issues in the first place. He drove from Ukiah to Fort Bragg and despite the weather having a sudden downpour, he still completed the repair.
He even called me to follow up later in the day to ensure I understood how to turn the DC power back on without the fuse. Truly a very knowledgeable and professional guy. 10/10 would recommend him.
He charges $120 an hour and even didn’t charge me for his trip back to Ukiah while most people are out here nickel and diming people like myself. These repairs have drained me financially, so I was relieved when he fixed my power issues for $180 total.
