Owner was very helpful for my last minute accessory for my son’s prom outfit. She picked out the hat and it was a perfect match just from looking at his picture. Thank you for helping making his prom outfit a success! Best shop in town!

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I will NEVER go back here and I will ALWAYS relay this to my friends and family. I don’t want to give this place any stars, if that were possible. My brother warned me about how rude they are here, but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. We were in the store less than five minutes. An employee took a piece of a costume we were planning to purchase out of my 18 month old sons hands and made some rude comment about me giving him toys to play with, not their merchandise. My Husband was holding him the entire five minutes we were there. Because of this employee, I will NEVER go back and I will tell everyone about my horrid experience there. It is worth the drive to Santa Rosa for the few things we were looking for, just to get a little bit of respect. WORST STORE IN UKIAH, BY FAR! And I am a Ukiah native.

I haven’t been into Incognito since they were on School St. However they still have the same awesome assortment of items, for Halloween costume use or even regular everyday wear items, things you may not find in any other local store. I loved all of the options available. They had the item needed for our sons costume, just not in correct the size needed. Therefore I’ll be doing last minute alterations in lieu of going to Santa Rosa or hoping to find some on Amazon. The only plus I see in that us if he decides to wear or use the specific costume into the future, including adulthood he’s got it.
