Absolutely great dealership to work with. Scott was pleasant, attentive and communicative. Manny was accommodating and straightforward. Kerry was courteous, humorous and has A+ phone skills. No one was pushy, deceptive or hard to work with. They even lent our 1 year old some desk toys to keep him entertained.
Overall the best dealership experience I’ve had in several car purchases.

I just bought my Mazda Cx5 yesterday & was assisted by Olena! Honestly BEST experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Process was so fast & every question was answered with great amount of information. I definitely recommend to everyone!

Simple and easy transaction. Financing took about 2.5-3 hours which was a bit annoying, but I did go on the last day of the month so probably not smart on my part. Got the exact car I was looking for at a price I was happy with. The manager was extremely honest, and Olena was funny, warm and patient. She came in on her day off to assist and I truly appreciate her for that. So excited to have a Mazda so close to home.

Great experience! Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions and was prompt in addressing our concerns. I was especially impressed by how clearly he explained all the buttons and features the Mazda Hybrid offers. I definitely recommend him!

Our recent car purchase at Mazda in Santa Rosa was the best experience at a dealership ever. Kerry, Liam and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure that we purchased the right vehicle for our needs, with the least amount of stress. Everyone was so helpful, patient and kind. We love our new Mazda and with great appreciation, we highly recommend this dealership.
