This is my second time staying at this hotel. Everything from the rooms, breakfast, pool, grounds were top notch. The staff are awesome too and very accommodating. I make trips from the bay just to stay at this place because me my wife and my daughter enjoy this place so much.

Generally a great hotel! Property is well-maintained and has a cute water feature. Mellow vibe. Front desk evening staff was so gracious and helpful. She asked how my room was and I shared a concern. She immediately grabbed a slip track the repair. Rooms are very spacious, high ceilings too. A nice stay for sure!!

5 stars zero complaints. Mario and Robert helped me check in and out and they were so friendly and helpful. ALL of the bedding was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean, the hotel is really close to the freeway but still in a quite peaceful place. My room had a balcony and I got to have fresh air and there was a little water sound outside that was so peaceful. I am a single woman traveling alone and I felt safe and cozy and clean. Really affordable also! Def will be my hotel in the area the next time I need to stay in town. There was breakfast, coffee, and places to work in the lobby. They had to go breakfast bags ready for people in a rush.

Greeted very cordially and room was ready a half hour early. A bit of a i walk to the room but the steps are always good for you, and j was on the third floor.
Room was very clean , quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast was what you would expect from a mid hotel: waffles of course, eggs , potatoes , oatmeal , sweetened yogurt (still can’t see to ever find a plain yoghurt at a hotel..!) alright coffee and the fruit standard of bananas, apples and oranges (this would stay out and be accessible through the day, as was the coffee )
A plate of freshly baked peanut butter cookies appears just after 4.
Hot Tub was a big plus as was the heated swimming pool.
Directly across from Walmart , in the ‘Costco Region’ of Ukiah.

This is a Lovely place to stay in Ukiah, The people working here from the courtesy check in to the housekeeping staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub is kept very nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was Excellent.
