The best philly cheesesteak that I have ever had in Lake County. Sure, Jimmy’s Deli would probably blow it away if they serve a cheesesteak. But this is fast food. I encourage the owners to not take the tips from the employees, that rumor is going around.

Have been here multiple times through the drive though and each time has been quicker than before. My last wait time was about 5 minutes which is great. I’ve ordered their triple burger, fries, and a pastrami melt on different occasions and all were delicious! The workers there seem friendly and have gotten my orders correct each time. I’m very happy that Frosty Queen is in Lakeport and will continue enjoying their many options of different foods. I feel like many of the negative reviews will get better as Frosty Queen keeps growing as a new business.

I don’t typically review fast food but since this is Lake county’s newest restaurant and it had such a big buzz. I had to put in my 2 cents.

I was over at Frosty Queen this past weekend in Lakeport. So having to wait 50 minutes for food was not good. But when you read their signs that they make everything fresh.
It kind of makes sense especially since everyone wants to try them right now. Instead of buying a Burger I opted to get they’re hot pastrami sandwich… the hot pastrami sandwich was really good definitely had the good amount of meat. My only complaint was. I could have used a little more mustard on it. The meat was still pretty juicy though.

They’re large drink is not very large so I will give them a zonk on that. The fry’s were crinkle cut fries and I’m not a fan of crinkle cut fries. They do offer however curly fries which I will get the next time… I would have liked to try their ice cream since it was 90°. The day that I came over there so that was not ready hopefully later this week they will have it. And finally I tried their corn dog. Lakorn dog was deep fried just like foster freeze and was reasonably priced nixe and cruspy like at the county fair, very good.

All around the price was a little high especially having the weight for as long as I did. But I’m sure it will get better in time. The food quality was good though. Because it has such a wide variety on their menu. I think there is something for everybody here and definitely worth coming and checking it out. I definitely would recommend this but I would give them a 3 out of 5 star. Needs improvement but is definitely on the right track.
