Decent hotel, not new but well kept. Mostly quiet. I stayed two plus weeks, no safety concerns or vehicles broken into. One restaurant within walking distance.

This is the best Fairfield hotel we have ever stayed. The room is clean and spacious. The best part is the breakfast. It offers cooked oatmeal (not instant) with all kinds of toppings, waffles (you have to make it yourself but easy and fresh), fresh fruits, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and pork sausage patties, variety of breads and cereals. The female worker was working very hard to keep everything in stock. Hot coffee and hot water. She is the best worker I have ever seen. We have stayed with different Marriott hotels. Fairfield isn’t the highest brand but this turned out the best we ever have stayed in. It even has washer and dryer. I have to give it a 5-stars rating.

First of all, the staff are the best! The rooms are some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I’m a Titanium Elete so I’ve seen all kinds of hotels, dirty, loud, rude staff, etc., you name it. This hotel is none of those and staff go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be.
Now for the best part of my stay. I accidentally left a jacket in my room and was far away before I noticed it. I called them and they went to the trouble of sending it to me. What else can I say but just stay here if you’re looking for a hotel in the area. You won’t find a better one.

Very disappointing experience. We needed to move our Sunday-to-Monday stay by one week because of a work issue. I understood the reservation was nonrefundable and only asked for a one-time date change, not a refund. The hotel still refused even after Capital One submitted a formal request. No flexibility and very poor customer service. Obviously, I will book another hotel instead.

Room:
small, but clean. There was some sort of air freshener sprayed in the room prior to arrival, which was quite strong. May be problematic for those with sensory sensitivities. Temp unit was turned off on arrival.
Service:
Great! Called by the front desk to ensure the room was adequate. Quick and reliable answers to all questions. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a bit under-heated, but hot tub was heated very well.
Location:
convenient location. Even though the hotel is right next to local airport, no takeoffs/landing were heard. Did hear other guests a bit, though.
Total:
pretty good experience. About on par with what you’d expect from a hotel in the price range. High quality staff!
