Room had cockroaches, we checked in and out in 10 minutes. Hotel refused to refund me for the date of the check in. Don’t stay here if you hate cockroaches.
The only positive thing about this stay was the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was very kind and understanding about the issues we faced.

Do not stay here. The first room I was given was filthy with black hair all over the room and bathroom it obviously had not been cleaned even though the bed was made. The lock on the door was broken and basically all the doors of cabinets in the room were broken. The second room I was given was better but still run down and not at all a representation of the photos shown online. The hotel also gave someone a key that had access to my room and a man opened my door while I was eating breakfast. I checked with the front office and they had no idea who would have the key… this hotel is not safe and not clean. Avoid at all cost.

Just about every aspect of this hotel was awful. The hallway was damp and had a horrible odor. The room was dirty and worn down. Our ac was broken. Lots of homeless around the area so walking back at night was iffy. Advertised breakfast was nonexistent. Staff was nice though. Genuinely only stay here jf you absolutely have to.

Place felt more like an apartment since there are people that lives there mostly.
Walls are solid so cant hear much but ceilings can use work from stomps.
The good thing that the trolley station is near by and there’s a 7/11 a block down for snacks. Service was good I give it points for that.
Affordable but it’s the price you have to live with.

The best part of the stay was definitely the staff the service was great from start to finish.
The rooms were okay. You can tell they’re a bit dated, and the lighting was pretty dim, but everything was clean. I also didn’t run into some of the issues mentioned in other reviews, like dirtiness or noisy neighbors.
A couple of small things stood out the amenities felt comically small, like a tiny sponge and very small shampoo bottles that barely lasted a use. The gate was also a bit inconsistent and didn’t always work.
Parking, however, was straightforward and not an issue. Overall, a decent stay with great service being the highlight.
